MavCowTickets.com is a family owned and operated business that has been providing premium event tickets to our clients since 2000. We are a full service ticket brokerage. The prices on our site are indicative of the demand for tickets on the secondary market, as well as the time and effort that we put forth in procuring them for our clients. Sometimes this means above face value, sometimes it means below face value. We do not set all of the prices on our site as we also share the inventory of select brokers nationwide in order to provide a wide selection of inventory. We are not affiliated with any box office or venue.
MavCowTickets.com started off as a small group of season ticket holders selling their tickets - primarily Dallas MAVericks and Dallas COWboys tickets, hence where "MavCow" was coined. As demand grew for these teams, our inventory grew as well, and before long this was no longer a hobby and we expanded to encompass as many events as our clients demanded, which seems to be just about everything nowadays. Because the secondary ticket market is a dynamic market that fluctuates in price by the second, all sales are final and there are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges. Problems with any order must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receiving the tickets. Just as well, if any tickets in our inventory are listed or priced incorrectly due to a typo or have already been sold, we will let you know within 24 hours as well as offer you replacement tickets. At our discretion, we may also ask that you provide a credit card authorization form for high dollar tickets.
